HEXENHAMMER – HAMMER OF THE WITCHES

Hammer of the witches is a short experimental documentary animation about the european witch trials. Created in collaboration with Ruth Lingford as an artistic research project and reaction to the installation Les Délices des évêques (1997) of Rebecca Horn. The project was initiated by Uli Wegenast and the Kunstmuseum Stuttgart.
The film is shown in the exhibition Vom Werk zum Display at the Kunstmuseum Stuttgart, which you can visit until 12.04.2026.
